In this first video I share how I understand medicine. For me, the body works as a whole — skin, metabolism, hormones, nutrition, sleep, stress, physical activity and body composition are all part of one organism — so, faced with a patient, I don't only ask what is happening, but why.
I believe deeply in prevention: it is not only about adding years to life, but health to those years. A holistic, preventive, evidence-based and personalised medicine that uses technology yet never forgets that behind every test and every diagnosis there is a person.
